What is the time frame for an assessement?
Assessments take about 2 hours to complete. Typically we can schedule an assessment within a week from the initial contact.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Circumstances change, we get that. If you need to cancel or postpone a pesticide application before it has started, there is no charge, simply contact us with a preferred spray date. The initial pasture assessment fee is non-refundable.
How does the billing process work?
Initial pasture assessment fee is due upon completion of the assessment. All spray application invoices are due 15 days after application is completed.
How will I know that my pasture has been sprayed?
We will contact the landowner or manager 48 hours prior to spraying. After that, we work around the weather (wind speed, rain, humidity, etc.) to get to the pasture and spray. You will be contacted once we leave the pasture and the application reports are sent 48 hours after spraying.
